How are cookies packaged?

Cookies are individually packaged in a heat sealed bag to insure freshness. They will remain fresh for ten days and can be frozen for up to three months.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please submit an inquiry form. I will get back to you within 24-48 hours to discuss booking based on my availability. 

Is a deposit required?

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance paid upon pick up.

How much notice is required for an order?

The more notice the better 🙂 A minimum of two weeks is my preference and based on my availability.

RUSH ORDERS: Please always reach out to me in case I can squeeze you in! If an order is placed within one week of the pick up date there will be a 25% fee added to your order. 

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

I do not deliver. Pick up is from my home (address will be sent with booking). 

I DO SHIP, however, I have very limited availability. The shipping cost (usually between $17-$22) PLUS an extra $15 per dozen is added for shipping orders for supplies and packing time. In order to ensure the cookies arrive intact, I individually bubble wrap and double heatseal each cookie.
