Meet Lauren

Hi, my name is Lauren and I am the face behind the cookies! I started Lauren’s Cookie Company VB in August 2021. I am born and raised in Vero Beach, FL and after 15 years of schooling, for both me and my hubby, we are so excited to be back home!

I am a proud wife and mom of three beautiful children. My faith and family are my biggest blessings, and I am so grateful that God has blessed me with a business where I can be present in their lives.

I wasn’t always a cookier. I am a physician assistant by training, however when I became a stay at home mom of three in 2021, I accidentally stumbled upon the creative art of cookie decorating, and fell in love!

A huge thank you goes out to my husband. I am so grateful for his encouragement, kid wrangling, and belief in me as a person and business owner.

I pour my heart and soul into each order and get back so much joy from every order I create. I can’t wait to create edible art for your next special event!
